Workout Wednesday – Thrust Away
So… this workout only requires ONE dumbbell! It’s amazing how simple movements can create such drastic results in body comp (read losing body fat), and the feeling of overall wellbeing!

Warm-Up
3 easy rounds of
20 hops with multi directional toes
15 air squats with straight arms above shoulder level
10 slow push-ups (on knees or toes)
5 burpees
Dumbbell Workout
2 rounds for time of:
50 single DB (held on ends) thrusters
30 burpees
15 box jumps to 24/20 inches
