200m run
10 empty bar thrusters
10 empty bar clean and jerks
3 double DB snatches
Dumbbell Workout
3 rounds for time of:
10 DB thrusters at 50/35’s
400m run
10 DB clean and jerks 50/35’s
400m run
10 double DB snatches 50/35’s
400m run
FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight Warm-Up

10 lunges with rotational stretch at the bottom
10 air squats with 3 second negative

10 squat jumps to 6/4 inch target
