Dumbbell Workout
5 rounds for time of:
12 DB deadlifts
9 DB hang cleans
6 DB shoulder to overhead
3 man makers
Rx DB’s at 50/35

6 pistol squats OR air squats
8 burpees

Adv Bodyweight
5 rounds for time of:
12 alt single leg squats
9 tuck jumps
6 strict handstand pushups
3 bounds for max distance
Starter Bodyweight
3 rounds for time of:
12 alt single leg squats to bench/chair
9 tuck jumps
6 pike handstand pushups
3 bounds for max distance
