With so much craziness happening in the world, let’s focus on something positive. Being fit and healthy! Today we have a workout that you can do from home with 2 dumbbells OR with zero weights at all! There’s no reason you can’t get MORE fit and healthy during this time of house arrest. Do it!

Warm-Up
2 rounds of leg blasters
2 easy rounds of:
10 air squats
10 light DB power cleans
Jog 100m
10 light DB squat cleans
10 single leg deadlifts each leg with light DB/KB
Workout of the Week
5 rounds for time of:
24 DB squat cleans at 50/35’s
24 DB bench press
24 DB single leg deadlifts, right leg
24 DB single leg deadlifts, left leg

20 arm circles each way
10 single leg ground touches each leg

24 hip extension drop to squat
24 clapping push-ups (scale to push-ups if needed)
24 single leg ground touches (like deadlifts), right leg
24 single leg ground touches (like deadlifts), left leg
