20 burpees
2 easy rounds of:
10 v ups
10 KB/DB overhead presses (each arm
10 Russian KB/DB swings
Workout of the Week – Jungle Snake
30-20-10 for time of:
V-ups
DB/KB left arm shoulder to overhead
DB/KB right arm shoulder to overhead
KB swings
RX is 50/35 DB for shoulder to overhead and 70/53 KB for swings, but you should pick a weight that you can do 20 shoulder to overhead and 30 swings unbroken when fresh.
Body Weight Only
The bodyweight workouts are for people that have access to ZERO equipment but would still like to get a smoking hot workout 🙂
