2 easy rounds of:
10 lunges
10 air squats
10 push-ups
1 round of:
10 jumping lunges
10 squat jumps
10 push-ups

20 air squats
20 lunges
20 jumping lunges
20 squat jumps
20 push-ups on DB handles
