This workout might look really hard, or really fun, but it’s really all just Smoke and Mirrors. But you’ll have to try it to see what I mean. The score is your TOTAL number of reps, so think about how to maximize that before you start. Oh, and have fun! 🙂

800m easy run / 1000m row
20 forward ankle rotations
20 backward ankle rotations
2 easy rounds of:
20 double unders or 2-4″ hops
10 v-ups
10 light alt DB snatches
Practice all movement and weights prior to starting.
Workout of the Week – Smoke and Mirrors
Max reps in 16 mins of:
Min 1: Max double unders or 2-4″ hops
Min 2: Max v-ups
Min 3: Max alt DB snatches
Min 4: Rest
RX is 50/35 pound DB for snatches.
Score is total reps. Tally reps during rest.
