10 box step ups
10 air squats with arm straight overhead
Dumbbell Performance
For time:
50 burpee DB jump overs
40 DB thrusters at 50/35’s
30 burpee DB jump overs
20 DB thrusters
10 burpee DB jump overs

Adv Bodyweight
For time:
60 squat jumps to 6/4 inch target
50 burpee box/chair step overs at 24/20
40 squat jumps
30 burpee box/chair step overs
20 squat jumps
10 burpee box/chair step overs
*feet can touch box chair when going over.
Starter Bodyweight
For time:
30 air squats
25 burpees
20 air squats
15 burpees
10 air squats
5 burpees
