200m run
7 burpees
7 DB deadlifts
Dumbbell Workout
As many reps as possible in 7 mins of:
Dumbbell deadlift burpees at 50/35βs
*You hold the dumbbells while you do a burpee, and standing up with them (like a deadlift) is the completion of the rep.
