Warm-Up
5 mins of jogging
10 single leg deadlifts (each leg) with DB in opposite arm
20 walking lunges with twist up and away at bottom of each rep
10 strict DB presses
Dumbbell Workout
6 rounds for time of:
16 alternating single leg deadlifts with 50/35 DBs (only one end of DB needs to touch ground)
8 DB bench press at 50/35
16 walking lunges with 50/35 DBs
8 DB strict presses at 35/20

10 slow push-ups
Adv Bodyweight
6 rounds for time of:
16 alternating single leg toe touches (only go as low as you can keep your back flat)
8 clapping push-ups
16 jumping lunges
8 strict handstand push-ups
Starter Bodyweight
6 rounds for time of:
16 alternating single leg toe touches (only go as low as you can keep your back flat)
8 push-ups on knees or toes
16 alternating lunges
8 strict pike handstand push-ups on box/chair
