Workout Wednesday – Into The Darkness
This workout is called Into the Darkness because when I did it, I was running from a lit area in my vans light bar into the pitch black of the unlit campground.
It’s a very straightforward workout, and aren’t those always that hardest and most effective? Just some good old lunges, push-ups, and running. Get after it!

25-50 burpees
Then
2 easy rounds of:
150m run
10 walking lunges
10 push-ups
Dumbbell Workout
5 rounds for time of:
20 DB walking lunges at 50/35’s
Run 150m
20 push-ups on DB’s
Run 150m

Then

10 walking lunges
10 push-ups

5 rounds for time of:
20 jumping lunges
