Part 1 – Track your nutrition in your favorite app and share a screenshot daily (this is SO POWERFUL). You can share the night of or the next day with your completed activity.
Part 2 – Rotating Challenge
Day 1 – 30 burpees
Day 2 – 2 rounds of leg blasters
Day 3- 2:15 of planks
*Each day a post will go live in the group with the day we are on.
You can pick either challenge, but we encourage doing both.
