Workout of the Week – 15 Glorious Reps
15 glorious reps doesn’t sound like much, but believe me, these 15 reps will add up quickly and make you question your decisions. Sorry about that. BUT, when you get done you’ll feel a great sense of accomplishment, and a small amount of being able to take on whatever the world throws at you.

Warm-Up
30 arm circles forward
30 arm circles backward
20 slow push-ups
2 easy rounds of:
10 v-ups
10 burpees
10 alt box/chair step ups
**Practice all movements that you plan on doing in the workout.
Workout of the Week – 15 Glorious Reps
24 min EMOM of:
Min 1: 15 push-ups on DB/KB handles
Min 2: 15 toes to bar OR v-ups
Min 3: 15 burpees to 6″ target
Min 4: 15 box jumps (no rebounding) OR step ups to 24/20″

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight ONLY Warm-Up
30 arm circles forward

24 min EMOM of:

20 min EMOM of:
Min 1: 10-15 push-ups on knees or toes
Min 2: 10-15 sit-ups
Min 3: 8-10 burpees
Min 4: 10-15 box/chair/cooler step ups
