Warm-Up
50 hops in place
20 slow burpees
2 easy rounds of:
8 v-ups
10 push-ups on knees or toes
100m run or 25 high knees
Workout of the Week – Beach Bod
10 min AMRAP of:
10 v-ups
15 DB bench/floor press
30 double unders OR 2-4” hops
RX is 50/35 pound DB’s, but you should pick a weight that allows you to do 15-20 DB bench presses unbroken when fresh.

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.

This was a great workout! I am mostly a beginner after taking more than a year off from working out after my daughter was born. This workout was the right push to get me going and keeping me hungry for more. I was able to complete 5 rounds + 7 v-ups. Looking forward to doing more!
