400m jog
2 easy rounds of:
20 arm circles forward
20 arm circles backward
10 KB/DB swings
20 double unders to 2-4” hops
Workout of the Week – Bells Up
6 rounds for time of:
15 kettlebell swings
50 double unders OR 2-4” hops

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight ONLY Warm-Up

6 rounds for time of:
15 ground touch to tuck jumps
50 double unders or 2-4” hops
Starter Bodyweight ONLY
3 rounds for time of:
15 ground touch to jumps
50 2-4” hops
