20 slow air squats
20 jumping jacks
5 walking lunges
5 push-ups
Workout of the Week
100 walking DB lunges for time
*Every min (including first min) do 10 push-ups on DBs (chest to deck)
RX is 50/35 DBs OR whatever you have or can do…
