Don’t count your chickens on this workout because right when you think you’re making some progress those devils presses are going to smack you in the mouth! But it’s all good because your glutes are going to look fabulous after this workout! LOL!!!

2 rounds of leg blasters
20 air squats
20 lunges
20 jumping lunges
20 squat jumps
2 easy rounds of:
5 devils presses
10 walking lunges with DB’s
Workout of the Week – Don’t Count Your Chickens…
100 DB walking lunges
3 devils presses at the top of every min (including the first min)

100 walking lunges
5 burpee tuck jumps on the min (including the start)
Starter Bodyweight ONLY
50 walking lunges
3 burpee tuck jumps on the min (including the start)
