These guys are twins but not identical twins. They are more like fitness twins. They look similar, but will get you different muscular results. If you hangout with these twins you’ll end up more fit, leaner, and stronger. 🙂

20 air squats

5 power cleans
5 front squats
20 double unders or 2-4” hops

DB power cleans
50 double unders between sets (and after 9)
Directly into…
21-15-9 of:
DB front squats
50 double unders between sets (and after 9)
RX is 50/35 DB’s, but you should pick a weight that you can do 21 power cleans or front squats unbroken when fresh.
If you have trouble with double unders… sub the 50 double unders for 30 seconds of practice OR to 2-4” hops.
