Warm-Up
20-30 easy burpees
2 easy rounds of:
150m run
10 light double DB snatches
10 push-ups
10 slow air squats
Practice all movements with full weight before starting workout.
Workout of the Week – Full Circle
28 min EMOM of:
Min 1: 8 double DB snatches
Min 2: 15 push-ups
Min 3: 15 goblet squats
Min 4: 150m run
RX is 50/35 pound DB’s for snatches and 70/50 pound DB/DB for goblet squats.

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight Warm-Up
20-30 easy burpees
2 easy rounds of:

10 jumps or tuck jumps
10 push-ups
10 slow air squats
Adv Bodyweight
28 min EMOM of:
Min 1: 10 tuck jumps
Min 2: 15 push-ups
Min 3: 20 air squats
Min 4: 150m run
Starter Bodyweight
28 min EMOM of:
Min 1: 20 2-4’ jumps
Min 2: 10 push-ups on knees or toes
Min 3: 10 air squats
Min 4: 100m run
