Warm-Up
Wall sits for 2 mins
3 easy rounds of:
30 walking lunges
20 arm circles each direction
10 burpees over bar/object/db
Practice your clean and jerks
If you feel like you need more warming up… go for a 400m or 800m run.
Workout of the Week – Make Your Move

45 DB clean and jerks
45 burpees
Rest 2 mins
