This is a FULL body rocket of a workout that’s called Snatches for the WIN because snatches are one of the best full body movements you can do. They will rock your legs, core, back and arms. And snatches are the most explosive workout you can do which translates into gains for days. Enjoy!

Warm-Up
30 arm circles forward
30 arm circles backward
2 easy rounds of:
10 DB overhead presses
10 DB deadlifts
10 push-ups
10 air squats
2 easy rounds of:
5 right arm KB/DB snatches
5 left arm KB/DB snatches
10 DB bench presses
5-10 dips
Workout of the Week – Snatches for the WIN
5 rounds for times of:
5 right arm KB/DB snatches
5 left arm KB/DB snatches
10 DB bench press
20 DB deadlifts
30 dips (bench/chair/stationary/rings)
***Rest 2 mins between rounds
RX is 50/35 pound DB/KB’s for all movements.

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight ONLY Warm-Up

10 alt hip hinge deadlifts
10 push-ups
10 air squats
Practice dips before starting.
Adv Bodyweight ONLY
5 rounds for times of:
10 burpees
10 push-ups

30 dips (bench/chair)
Rest 2 mins between rounds
Starter Bodyweight ONLY
3 rounds for times of:
5 burpees
10 push-ups on knees or toes
10 alt hip hinge deadlifts
15 dips (bench/chair)
Rest 2 mins between rounds
