Workout of the Week – Strongman Sandbag
This Strongman Sandbag workout was one of the most fun that I’ve done in months. It’s a little weird but super fun if you have a sandbag.

Warm-Up
30 air squats
30 walking lunges
2 easy rounds of:
10 DB front squats
10 push-ups
10 DB deadlifts
10 DB bench
Then…
Start practicing sandbag front squats and floor presses. You might want to have a lighter sandbag for the floor presses to be effective. And make sure you have a spotter!
Workout of the Week – Strongman Sandbag
6 rounds of:
10 dball/sandbag front squats
Rest 1 min between sets
6 rounds of:
10 dball/sandbag floor presses
Rest 2 mins between sets
6 rounds of:
30m dball/sandbag shoulder carries
*Drop dball/sandbag at 15m drop and switch shoulders
Rest 3 mins between sets
3 sets of:
Max DB bench press
Rest 3 mins between sets
