Warm-Up
400m jog
2 easy rounds of:
10 DB overhead presses
10 DB deadlifts
10 5-6’ jumps
1 round of:
5 right arm DB shoulder to overhead
5 left arm DB shoulder to overhead
5 right leg single DB deadlifts
5 left leg single DB deadlifts
10 alt DB snatches
Workout of the Week – Throw it up (and down)
15 min AMRAP of:
40 single DB shoulder to overhead
40 single leg single DB deadlift
40 alt DB snatches
RX is 50/35 pound DB’s for snatches and 70/50 pound DB/DB for goblet squats.

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.

10 pike handstand shoulder taps
10 alt single leg hip hinge deadlifts
5 ground touch to jumps
Adv Bodyweight
15 min AMRAP of:
40 pike handstand shoulder taps
40 alt single leg hip hinge deadlifts
40 ground touch to jumps
Starter Bodyweight
9 min AMRAP of:
20 pike handstand shoulder taps
20 alt single leg hip hinge deadlifts
2- ground touch to jumps
