Warm-Up
20-30 burpees
2 easy rounds of:
50 multi directional hops
10 push ups
10 alt DB bent over rows
10 DB shoulder to overhead
Workout of the Week – Warrior Maker
3 rounds for time of:
100 double unders OR 2-4” hops
10 man makers
RX is 50/35 pound DB’s

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight ONLY Warm-Up

Practice tuck jumps if you’re doing them in the workout
Adv Bodyweight ONLY
3 rounds for time of:
100 double unders OR 2-4” hops
10 burpee tuck jumps
Starter Bodyweight ONLY
3 rounds for time of:
50 2-4” hops
10 burpees
