Workout Wednesday – 12 Days of Thankfulness
We do this style of workout every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It’s fun, long, and will get you ready to burn through Thanksgiving Day food like fire through dry timber!

Warm-Up
Slowly move through 5 reps of each movement. If you need a few extra reps on something, or need to stretch out a tight area… do it!
Dumbbell Workout

2 double DB snatches
3 DB squat cleans
4 DB front squats
5 handstand push-ups OR pike on chair/box
6 pistol squats
7 burpees
8 kettlebell/DB swings
9 bent over DB rows
10 alternating DB snatches
11 v-ups
12 man makers

4 pistol squats/1 leg squats (just as low as you can comfortably go)
5 handstand push-ups OR pike on chair/box
6 mountain climbers
7 burpees
8 lunges
9 push-ups
10 box jumps/steps
11 v-ups
12 squat to tuck jumps
