Workout Wednesday – 3 Easy Rounds
Haha! It’s always the simple workouts that hurt the most. In this case I’m using the word “hurt” as a good thing. Use great form and push this one as hard as you can. Just make sure you’re 100% warmed up before doing so!

Warm-Up
5 mins jog
2 easy rounds of:
5 bent over DB rows
5 DB thrusters
5 DB front squats
Then
1 set of 10 DB thrusters
Dumbbell Workout
3 rounds for time of:
15 DB front squats
15 DB push presses

Bodyweight Warm-Up
5 mins jog
2 easy rounds of:
5 burpees
10 air squats
10 lunges
Adv Bodyweight
3 rounds for time of:
15 jumping lunges
15 push-ups
Starter Bodyweight
3 rounds for time of:
15 lunges
15 push-ups on knees or toes

Performance Warm-Up
5 mins on rower
2 easy rounds of:
5 strict pull-ups
5 thrusters
5 front squats
Then
1 set of 10 thrusters heavier than what you’ll use for the workout.

3 rounds for time of:
15 barbell front squats at 135/95
15 barbell push presses
