Dumbbell Workout
3 rounds for time of:
15 hibberty jibberties
20 shoulder to overhead at 50/35 DBs
25m carry with 1 arm overhead and 1 arm in front rack
15 sumo deadlift high pulls
25m carry with 1 arm overhead and 1 arm in front rack (opposite arm)
