Workout Wednesday – Living Room
If you’re getting wet weather (like we are)… this is a workout that you can do right in your Living Room. Don’t be afraid of looking stupid, just get after it. We all feel like we look stupid when trying something new (or that we aren’t good at).

Bodyweight Warm-Up
3 easy rounds of:
20 walking lunges
*touch ground and stretch hamstring on each rep
10 hand release (at bottom) push-ups
30 second plank on elbows
Then
20 arm circles forward and backward
Adv Bodyweight
21 – 15 – 9
Single leg squats (each leg) *keep back flat and go as low as you can.
10 – 10 – 10
Object facing burpees
15 – 15 – 15
V-ups
This goes…
21 single leg squats, 10 burpees, 15 v-ups, 15 single leg squats…
Starter Bodyweight
21 – 15 – 9
Single leg bench squats (each leg)
*Sit onto bench/chair and stand back up. Bench/chair should be high enough that you can get through the 21 in 1-2 sets.
10 – 10 – 10
Burpees

Sit-ups
