Workout Wednesday – Ruby
Talk about a fun workout that we have for you today! All you need is 2 dumbbells, a little intensity, and before you know it… you’ll have a days worth of great fitness gains :-)!
Make sure you’re fully warmed up before starting, and all questions are good!

Warm-Up
3 easy rounds of:
200m run
10 hollow rocks
10 alternating medium to low single leg squats (work on balance)
10 pull-ups OR bent over DB rows
Dumbbell Workout
5 rounds for time of:
400m run
10 bent over DB rows at 70/50
20 back rack DB squats

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight Warm-Up
3 easy rounds of:
200m run
10 hollow rocks

10 light banded rows or 7 slow burpees
Adv Bodyweight
5 rounds for time of:
400m run
10 heavy banded rows OR burpees over object
20 squat jumps to 6/4 inches
Starter Bodyweight
3 rounds for time of:
400m run
10 heavy banded rows OR burpees over object
20 squats
