RX Warm-Up
30 slow burpees
Then
3 easy rounds of:
10 double kettlebell front squats
30 second plank hold
10 double kettlebell deadlifts
RX
6 rounds for time of:
10 back squats (from a rack) at 225/155
200m row
10 burpees over bar
REST 1 min between rounds
*scaling weight is totally cool
Bodyweight Warm-Up
20 slow/easy burpees
Then
3 easy rounds of:
10 air squats
30 second plank hold
10 alt opposite arm to opposite leg toe touches
Bodyweight
6 rounds for time of:
20 pistol squats
200m run
10 burpees
REST 1 min between rounds
