Hot damn! Here comes the only leg workout that you need all week. And you better get ready because you might need a leg massage after this one. Not to worry, all of that soreness is the goods that will get you the results your desire!

Warm-Up
20 air squats
20 lunges
20 jumping lunges
20 squat jumps
400m jog
20 air squats
20 lunges
20 jumping lunges
20 squat jumps
400m jog
Workout of the Week – Legs on FIRE
Death by squat jumps x 5
Min 1 – 5 squat jumps
Min 2 – 10 squat jumps
Min 3 – 15 squat jumps
Min 4 – 20 squat jumps
Min 5 – 25 squat jumps
And so on until you can’t complete the prescribed number of reps in the single min….
Once you fail with the squat jumps… take a min off and start over with air squats 🙂

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
