10 push-ups
10 dips
5 clean and jerks
5 snatches
Workout of the Week – Upscale
2 rounds for time of:
20 push-ups on DB handles
Run 200m
20 dips on ends of DB’s
Run 200m
20 DB clean and jerks
Run 200m
20 double DB snatches
Run 200m

10 push-ups on knees or toes
