10 Russian DB/KB swings
10 banded pull downs
5 right arm Russian swings
5 left arm Russian swings
1 round of:
10 DB/KB swings
5 strict pull-ups
5 right arm DB/KB snatches
5 left arm DB/KB snatches
At-Home Workout of the Week – Go Slow, Get Fit
5 rounds NOT for time of:
20 KB/DB swings
15 right arm bent over KB/DB rows
15 left arm bent over KB/DB rows
10 right arm DB snatches
10 left arm DB snatches
RX is the weight that allows you to do hard unbroken sets.
