Rubber HEX Dumbbells – Rogue Fitness – Amazon
Warm-Up
20 slow burpees
2 easy rounds of:
10 air squats
10 push-ups
2 sets of:
5 DB squat cleans
Rest 1 min between sets
At-Home Workout of the Week – Sneaky
For time… 1-10 of:
DB squat cleans
Push-ups
