400m jog
20 arm circles forward and backward
2 easy rounds of:
10 lunges
10 push presses
10 sumo deadlift high pulls
Workout of the Week – Hot Hammies
For time:
30-20-10
DB front rack lunges
DB push presses
DB sumo deadlift high pulls
RX is 50/35 pound DB’s but you should pick a weight that allows you to do the 30 DB front rack lunges barely unbroken.

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight Warm-Up
20 arm circles forward and backward
2 easy rounds of:
10 lunges
10 push-ups on knees or toes
10 sumo air squats (aka wide air squats)
Adv Bodyweight
For time:
30-20-10
Jumping lunges
Pike handstand push-ups on box or chair
Sumo air squats
*this goes… 30 lunges, 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 20 lunges, 20 push-ups…
Starter Bodyweight
For time:
30-20-10
Lunges
Push-ups on knees or toes
Sumo air squats
*this goes… 30 lunges, 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 20 lunges, 20 push-ups…
