Joshie DB Style, talk about a crazy and fun workout! You kind of have try this to see what I mean. There’s something very strange that happens when you mix a single arm movement with a double arm movement. Give it a try. The worst thing that will happen is that you get more fit. Like nicer looking arms, legs… that kinda stuff. Oh, and stronger too ;-).

Warm-Up
30 arm circles forward and backwards
30 walking lunges
2 easy rounds of:
10 right arm DB snatches
10 DB bent over rows or 5 L-pull-ups
10 left arm DB snatches
Rest 30 seconds

21 right arm DB snatches at 50/35
21 DB bent over rows
21 left arm DB snatches
21 DB bent over rows
