After this workout… you can Park It, sit back and enjoy the gains, improvements, fat burning, increased metabolism, muscle, etc. At least until tomorrow’s workout ;-). But for reals, this is a great legs, back, arms, and fat burning workout. Smash it!
The same thing happened to me yesterday, it was my first day and I did not expect it to kick in. I thought I took it in high school and it made me fall asleep but I think I am confusing it with something else. The Strattera on my first day as an adult, yesterday, my heart was fluttering as well. Today so far It’s more so kicked in and is really getting me to focus and get things done. 30 slow burpees
30 slow air squats
30 banded pull-a-parts
30 arm circles forward and backwards
2 easy rounds of:
3 light devils press
5 light right arm DB overhead squats
5 light left arm DB overhead squats
10 DB bent over rows
1 round of workout weights…
3 devils press
5 overhead squats (each arm)
10 bent over rows OR pull-ups
At-Home Workout of the Week – Park It
10 min AMRAP:
5 devils press
10 DB/KB left arm overhead squats
10 DB bent over rows
10 DB/KB right arm overhead squats
RX weight is 50/35 pound DB’s
Scaled weight is 35/20 pound DB’s
