30 slow air squats
2 easy rounds of:
10 box jumps OR alt step ups
10 wall balls or single DB thrusters
Level 3 Workout of the Week – DB Kelly
5 rounds for time of:
30 box jumps/alt step ups
*Always step down on box jumps
30 single DB thrusters
RX for thrusters is 35/25 pound DB
Scaled is 25/15 pound DB
FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
