Warm-Up
20-30 easy burpees
2 easy rounds of:
150m run
10 push-ups
10 slow air squats
10 lunges
Practice all movements with full weight before starting workout.
Workout of the Week – Step Down
21-15-9-3 of:
Burpees on DB handles
DB front squats
DB lunges
RX is 50/35 pound DB’s for snatches and 70/50 pound DB/DB for goblet squats.

FYI: The bodyweight workouts are NOT watered down versions of the DB workout. You try one and let me know how easy it was.
Bodyweight Warm-Up

15 air squats
100m run
15 alt box/chair step ups
100m run

Burpees to 6” target
